Who we are

Rising High Productions produces live events across Europe and worldwide. For anything you send through this site, we are the data controller. Registered company details to be confirmed. You can reach us at info@risinghighproductions.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company if you give one, the enquiry type you pick and your message. There is no account system, no newsletter signup and no tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

To answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our events, and where your message is about a booking or contract, taking steps at your request before entering into one.

Who sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our own inbox. They pass through our website host and our form-delivery provider, which act as processors on our behalf and do not use your message for their own purposes. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off next season. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Email info@risinghighproductions.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own, and it loads nothing from a third-party server — the typefaces are served from this domain, so no outside company receives your IP address when you visit.

Photography

Photographs on this site were taken at our events. If you appear in one and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.
